The Role:

  • As a Business Development Manager, you'll drive business growth through strategic partnerships and market expansion.
  • You'll develop and execute commercial strategies to meet sales targets.
  • You'll cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders and customers.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary range of £45,000 - £60,000, negotiable for the right candidate.
  • A performance-based bonus scheme, with an estimated annual bonus of £30,000 - £35,000.
  • A car allowance of £8,000 per annum.
  • A comprehensive pension plan.
  • 30 days of annual leave, excluding bank holidays.
