Primary Care Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Associate Dentist to join our team at Defence Primary Healthcare. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality dental care to service personnel, ensuring their optimal deployability and operational fitness.
This is a permanent, part-time position offering 12 hours per week, with a salary range of £57,853 to £95,587 per year (pro-rata for part-time). The role includes a comprehensive benefits package, including paid annual leave, discounts on fitness facilities, and free laundry and clinical footwear.
The ideal candidate will have a background in military dentistry provision and primary dental care, with full registration with the General Dental Council (GDC) without conditions. They will also possess a valid United Kingdom driving license and evidence of currency with GDC Continuous Professional Development requirements.
The successful candidate will contribute to the development of staff skills and knowledge, participate fully in performance management and quality assurance processes, and be prepared to cover on-call duties as part of a regional team.
