We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Youth Support Specialist to join our team at Horizon Care & Education. As a key member of our residential care team, you will play a vital role in supporting young people to reach their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:\

  • Supporting Young People: Assist with daily routines, hobbies, and social activities to promote emotional well-being and independence.\
  • Morning Routines: Help young people develop morning routines that set them up for success, including getting ready for school and breakfast.\
  • Therapeutic Training: Participate in SHINE programme for therapeutic training to enhance your skills and knowledge.\

Salary: £28,000 - £32,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
