We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Relief Support Worker to join our team in Newmarket. As a Relief Support Worker, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of individuals with autism and learning disabilities.

You will be working in a social care setting, supporting adults with autism and learning disabilities in their homes and communities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support individuals with autism and learning disabilities in their daily lives, promoting independence and well-being.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to provide a high-quality service, ensuring the needs of individuals are met.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with individuals, their families, and other stakeholders.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of person-centered plans, ensuring individuals' needs and aspirations are met.
  • Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
