We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team in Newmarket, Suffolk. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting a woman with a learning disability to achieve her personal goals and live life to the fullest.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support with personal care, medical appointments, and medication administration
  • Plan and accompany individuals on outings, such as coffee shop visits and arts and crafts sessions
  • Assist with daily living tasks, including meal preparation and household chores
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to individuals
Requirements:
  • Full UK driving license and access to your own vehicle
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and bank holidays
  • Compassionate and empathetic approach to supporting individuals with learning disabilities
