Job Title:

New Business Recruitment Consultant

Location: Hybrid (regular office attendance in Nottingham, M1 J27 will be necessary)

Hours: 37.5 per week, 5 days a week (there is some flexibility around hours)

About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven individual to join our team as a New Business Recruitment Consultant. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and developing strategic partnerships within the recruitment industry.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and execute a business development strategy to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers to drive revenue growth and placements
  3. Grow your desk by achieving and exceeding individual and team targets for revenue generation and placements
  4. Collaborate with the current team to source and place candidates
  5. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market changes, and developments in the recruitment and hiring landscape
  6. Provide exceptional customer service to both clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process
About You

We are looking for a candidate with a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. If you have a proven track record of business development experience in the recruitment industry, specific experience in the IT services sector would be beneficial.

Requirements
  1. Proven business development experience in the recruitment industry
  2. Strong relationships with key decision-makers and a comprehensive knowledge of recruitment offerings/solutions
  3. Experience working within a team environment and understanding when to call upon the expertise of the wider Stoneseed community
  4. Demonstrable experience of managing and growing a sales pipeline and the relating stages of the sales cycle
  5. Experience influencing decisions through building solid individual relationships and designing a compelling proposition that meets the organisation's business strategy
