Usher and Support Officer

We are looking for a reliable and friendly individual to join our team as a court usher in Chesterfield Town Centre.
Key Tasks:- Liaising with judges, witnesses, jurors, and other court users.
- Completing administrative tasks, such as data entry and preparing juror packs.
- Assisting jurors to and from court while maintaining social distancing.
- Preparing court rooms for hearings.
- Providing excellent customer service to all court users.
This is a full-time role (37 hours a week, Monday to Friday) expected to last until March 2025. The ideal candidate will be professional, patient, and able to work well under pressure.
What We Offer:We offer a competitive hourly rate of £44 and a range of benefits, including holiday pay and a pension scheme. You will also receive comprehensive training, covering both basic and advanced topics.
We estimate the annual salary for this role to be around £79,600 based on a 37-hour week and 52 weeks a year.
