Position Overview:

As a Showroom Team Leader, your role will blend inspiration with sales acumen. You will understand that exceptional showrooms are built by exceptional teams. Leading by example, you will foster an inclusive environment for both your colleagues and customers. Your responsibilities will include coaching and training your team to effectively recommend the appropriate financing, products, and installation solutions for customer projects. By managing your team effectively and exemplifying outstanding customer service, you will contribute to their personal and professional growth. Building strong relationships is essential, as you will also oversee the recruitment and onboarding of our installers to ensure we deliver the highest level of service to our customers.

Key Requirements:

We are looking for a natural leader who can inspire and support a team in a dynamic and fast-paced retail environment. You should possess a keen commercial insight along with substantial customer service experience, and you should be adept at promoting products, services, and installation options. A willingness to embrace new technologies and learn innovative methods of working is essential, as is the ability to champion these practices within your team. Flexibility to work on a schedule that includes weekends, evenings, and holidays is also required.
