Commercial Relationship Manager

This is an exciting opportunity to join CV-Library in Maidstone, Kent, as an Internal Sales Executive. You will play a pivotal role in driving sales performance, building customer relationships, and enhancing the sales pipeline.
As a key member of our team, you will possess excellent communication skills, IT literacy, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. We require a highly motivated individual who can work independently while being a strong team player.
Main Responsibilities:- Handle sales enquiries promptly, addressing customer queries and concerns.
- Work collaboratively with the technical team to provide product and specification expertise.
- Negotiate sales deals, converting enquiries into confirmed orders.
- Manage the sales pipeline, following up on leads and collaborating with colleagues.
- Ensure seamless shipping processes, keeping customers informed about their orders.
- Recover outstanding payments for invoices in a timely manner.
We offer a competitive salary, approximately £25,000 - £30,000 per year, based on experience. Our standard working hours are 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday. Comprehensive benefits include pension and 21 days holiday plus Bank Holidays.
