Sales Growth Specialist

GTS International is a well-established manufacturer and distributor of electrical and electronic testing equipment, seeking a highly skilled sales professional to lead our sales division as a National Sales Manager.
Main Responsibilities- Key Account Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, driving sales growth and product adoption.
- Strategic Planning: Work closely with the senior leadership team to develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy.
- Team Leadership: Build, train, and manage a high-performing sales team, focused on achieving revenue targets and operational excellence.
- Proven sales leadership experience within the electrical or electronic product sectors.
- Strong strategic planning and problem-solving skills.
- Able to effectively communicate and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
The ideal candidate will be offered a competitive salary of approximately $125,000 - $160,000 per annum, depending on experience.
