Job Description

GTS International is a well-established manufacturer and distributor of electrical and electronic testing equipment, seeking a highly skilled sales professional to lead our sales division as a National Sales Manager.

Main Responsibilities
  • Key Account Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, driving sales growth and product adoption.
  • Strategic Planning: Work closely with the senior leadership team to develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy.
  • Team Leadership: Build, train, and manage a high-performing sales team, focused on achieving revenue targets and operational excellence.
Skills and Qualifications
  1. Proven sales leadership experience within the electrical or electronic product sectors.
  2. Strong strategic planning and problem-solving skills.
  3. Able to effectively communicate and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

The ideal candidate will be offered a competitive salary of approximately $125,000 - $160,000 per annum, depending on experience.
