Highways Program Director

We are seeking an experienced Highways Program Director to lead our team in the UK. As a key member of our Project & Programme Services team, you will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing highway programs across various regions. Your technical expertise, leadership skills, and commercial awareness will be essential in ensuring successful program delivery and driving business growth.

The ideal candidate will have a degree qualification (or equivalent) in a construction-related discipline, with postgraduate experience. A chartered membership of a recognised professional institute (MRICS, CIOB, MAPM or equivalent) is also required. You will have experience of mentoring junior team members, supporting new business opportunities, and preparing fee proposals and bid submissions.

The salary for this position is approximately £70,000 - £100,000 per annum, depending on experience.
