About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled proposal manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in proposal management, technical writing, and leadership, with a proven track record of developing winning proposals that showcase Amazon Web Services (AWS) capabilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as a key member of the AWS Commercial Sales team, leading proposal responses to RFx opportunities and executing the RFx proposal response plan while working with key internal stakeholders.
  • Develop win themes and technical discriminators, working with supporting AWS stakeholders specific to RFx opportunities.
  • Build a library of approved proposal content for quick-turnaround opportunities.
  • Understand and navigate EMEA Enterprise procurement processes and procedures.
Requirements
  1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field such as business administration, marketing, or communications.
  2. Proven experience in developing and implementing sales processes, procedures, and policies, as well as CRM systems and tools.
  3. Proposal or bid management experience, with a focus on cloud solutions and services.
  4. Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to present to senior leadership.
  5. Experience working within a high-growth, technology company, with a focus on cloud computing and enterprise software.
