Customer Experience Manager UK

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager to lead our Customer Experience team in the UK. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement customer experience strategies to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Lead and manage a team of customer experience professionals to deliver exceptional customer experiences
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize customer experience initiatives
- Monitor and analyze customer feedback and data to inform customer experience strategies
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance customer experience
- Manage budgets and resources to deliver customer experience initiatives
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in customer experience or a related field
- Proven track record of delivering customer experience initiatives and driving customer satisfaction
- Strong leadership and management skills, with experience leading cross-functional teams
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
- Ability to analyze data and feedback to inform customer experience strategies
- Experience with process improvement and change management
