Job Title: Senior Manager, Customer Experience UK

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Manager, Customer Experience UK to lead our Customer Experience organization in the UK and Ireland. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to drive customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement customer experience strategies to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Lead a team of customer experience professionals to deliver exceptional customer experiences across all touchpoints.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize customer experience improvement opportunities.
  • Develop and manage customer experience metrics and reporting to measure performance and drive improvement.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, sales teams, and marketing teams.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in customer experience and apply this knowledge to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in customer experience leadership roles, preferably in a multinational organization.
  • Proven track record of driving customer satisfaction and loyalty through strategic planning and execution.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, and team members.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and drive business decisions.
  • Fluency in English and proficiency in another European language is essential.
