About the RoleThis is a key leadership position within our Customer Experience organization, responsible for driving business growth and customer satisfaction in the UK and Ireland. As a Senior Manager, you will lead a team of experienced professionals, providing direction, guidance, and support to ensure the delivery of exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement customer experience strategies that align with business objectives.
- Lead a team of Associate Managers and Supervisors, providing coaching, mentoring, and performance management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process standardization, lean improvements, and customer-centric initiatives.
- Monitor and analyze customer feedback, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
- Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and resource allocation plans to achieve business objectives.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and internal teams.
- 10+ years of experience in customer experience, operations, or a related field, with a proven track record of leadership and customer-centricity.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and drive business decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Experience with process improvement, lean methodologies, and customer experience frameworks.
- Fluency in English and proficiency in another European language is highly desirable.
