Job Title: Senior Manager, Customer Experience UK

At Stryker UK Limited, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager, Customer Experience UK to join our team. This is a key role that will be responsible for leading the Customer Experience organization in the UK and Ireland, driving business growth, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive Customer Experience strategy for the UK and Ireland region, aligned with the company's overall business objectives.
  • Lead a team of Customer Experience professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Operations, to ensure seamless customer interactions and drive business growth.
  • Monitor and analyze customer feedback, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams, to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in Customer Experience, Operations, or a related field, with a proven track record of driving business growth and improving customer satisfaction.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, partners, and internal teams.
  • Ability to analyze complex data and identify areas for improvement, with a focus on driving business growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Fluency in English and proficiency in another European language is essential.
