About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Economics Manager to join our team. As an Economics Manager, you will be responsible for leading the production, quarterly submission, annual review and ongoing monitoring of the Performance Standards Report including Operational Performance Metrics (OPMs) across the organisation.

You will work closely with the business to deliver its Annual Business Plan, Budget and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), as well as reviewing its Consumer Plan, Marketing strategy and Brand KPIs. Additionally, you will provide commercial regulatory guidance to the business in support of its innovation pipeline and Enabling Agreement arrangements.

The ideal candidate will have strong commercial acumen, a financial/economic background and a strategic mind-set. You should be bright, highly analytical and intellectually agile, able to learn and manage complexity quickly. A high level of integrity is essential, as is the ability to successfully partner with the business in meaningful ways through building trusting relationships and connections.
