- Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care
- Qualified to degree level in a relevant field, such as nursing, social work, occupational therapy, or psychology
- Experience of working with individuals experiencing mental health crises
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to data protection policies
The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, providing 24/7 support to individuals experiencing mental health crises. The role will involve working with a range of stakeholders, including individuals, families, and other healthcare professionals.
