The successful candidate will work as part of a multidisciplinary team to provide tele-coaching psychologically informed interventions to individuals experiencing mental health crises. This will involve completing clinical risk and mental state assessments by telephone, providing short-term psychological interventions, and signposting individuals onto the most appropriate services to meet their care needs.

Key Duties

Requirements
  • Qualified to degree level in a relevant field, such as nursing, social work, occupational therapy, or psychology
  • Experience of working with individuals experiencing mental health crises
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to data protection policies
