About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Mental Health Practitioner to join our team at Baltimore Consulting Limited.

As an Approved Mental Health Professional, you will be responsible for managing referrals, undertaking assessments, and providing advice and information to clients and their carers.

You will work creatively with individuals and their carers to develop support plans that meet their needs, ensuring a multi-agency approach is taken to assess needs and manage risk and complexity.

Key legislative areas include the Mental Health Act 1983, Mental Capacity Act 2005, Deprivation of Liberty Safeguards 2008, Human Rights Act 1998, and Care Act 2014.

Experience of care act work, such as hospital discharges, is essential.

About You

We are looking for an individual with a strong understanding of key legislative areas and experience in care act work.

You will be able to work creatively with individuals and their carers to develop support plans that meet their needs.

Our ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a multi-agency setting.
