About the Role:
As a Support Worker at Search Consultancy, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of vulnerable individuals. We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Support Worker.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to service users, enabling them to maintain their independence and live fulfilling lives. This will involve assisting with daily living tasks, such as personal care, medication management, and household duties, as well as promoting emotional well-being and social inclusion.

We offer a competitive salary of £22,000 - £25,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including flexible working hours, holiday pay, free training, and DBS updates.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality care and support to service users, ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met.
  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as personal care, medication management, and household duties.
  • Promote emotional well-being and social inclusion among service users.
  • Maintain accurate records of service user interactions and care plans.

Requirements:
  • 6 months' experience working in a similar support setting.
  • Awareness of safeguarding procedures and protocols.
  • Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
