Care and Support Specialist

We are seeking a Care and Support Specialist to join our team in Worcestershire. As a Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing direct support to children and their families, preparing care plans, and presenting reports.
The ideal candidate will have a background in social care, possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, and be able to work effectively as part of a team. Key Requirements:
- Experience working with children and families in a social care setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- NVQ3 in Health & Social Care or equivalent
- Current CRB
- Car driver's license
