Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team at Macgregor Cavendish (UK) Ltd. As a Territory Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to drive business growth in the parcel industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Exceeding new business targets by identifying and qualifying customer opportunities for new product sales.
  • Building close and effective working relationships with a network of contacts within prospective customers to drive sales growth.
  • Developing and implementing market sector development plans within your own catchment area to maximize sales penetration.
  • Identifying and qualifying customer opportunities for new product sales and developing and broadening relationships with existing customers.
  • Defining target lists of customer prospects based on clearly defined criteria to drive sales growth.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience within the delivery, parcels, or logistics sector.
  • Strong sales skills, including prospecting, qualifying, networking, and campaign management.
  • Detailed understanding of the sales process and demonstration of world-class sales rigor, hunger, and determination.
  • Proven sales ability with a track record of exceeding new business targets.
  • Excellent presentation skills and problem-solving abilities to facilitate discussions.
