Career Development Manager

This role involves working with clients to understand their needs and identifying candidates that match their requirements. You will also be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality services aligns with company values and working towards achievable sales goals with support.
The estimated annual salary for this role is £28,000 - £30,250, depending on location and performance. This includes a basic salary of £26,000 - £28,500 and first-year earnings up to £31,500 (including commission).

Working Hours:
