Macmillan Cancer Care Coordinator

We are a close-knit team of healthcare professionals dedicated to providing high-quality care to patients with cancer and palliative care needs.
As a Clinical Lead Nurse, you will be an integral part of our team, working closely with colleagues to develop and implement effective symptom control strategies. You will have the opportunity to work across various settings, including hospital and community environments, and be supported by the Macmillan charity.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement symptom control plans for patients with cancer and palliative care needs
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide patient-centered care
- Provide education and training on symptom control and palliative care best practices
- Contribute to service development and quality improvement initiatives
Salary: £41,499 - £50,222 per annum (pro rata)
