We are seeking a dedicated and passionate KS2 teacher to join our team at Wayman Learning Trust. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a Good primary school in the East of England, delivering an academic yet creative topic-based curriculum to students in Year 4.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and deliver engaging lessons that challenge and inspire students to reach their full potential

Monitor and assess students' progress, keeping regular records of their academic performance

Create a positive learning environment that is both safe and conducive for learning

Collaborate with school management, teaching staff, and parents to provide quality academic support for students

Prepare and participate in school-related activities, such as performances, events, and parent/teacher meetings

Adhere to safeguarding policies and promote the welfare of all children

Requirements:

QTS and strong academic record

Creative, imaginative, determined, resourceful, and adaptable practitioner

Passionate about learning

Ability to demonstrate a track record of success within a Year 4 environment

Ability to communicate your passion to children and parents
