This is a hybrid position that requires working 2 days a week in the office.

You will support the Head of People in delivering a commercially driven and forward-looking people service to the business. You will play a key role in shaping strategic people initiatives while overseeing daily people operations and providing advice on employee relations.
Your Qualifications and ExperienceThis role requires CIPD Level 7 certification and a strategic, project-focused mindset, with an emphasis on modernising business processes. Strong HR advisory skills are essential, particularly in employee relations, sick leave, and tribunals. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record as an experienced and influential HR professional.
