Job Title: HR Advisor Employee Relations

HRLife Ltd is seeking an experienced HR Advisor with a strong focus on Employee Relations to join our small, friendly HR Advisory team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Advise Managers on Employee Relations issues, utilizing knowledge of employment legislation, policy, and best practice to guide and advise.
  • Work with the outsourced ER provider to review cases identified as a risk and provide deeper level case management support on high risk, complex ER cases.
  • Train and upskill line managers on Employee Relations, creating documentation to show 'what good looks like' for training and development purposes.
  • Undertake various project work, including research to identify latest trends and related material.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience of working in an ER heavy role, ideally within a commercial environment.
  • Hybrid working arrangement - 3 days a week in the office.
