Sales Director

CSG Talent is seeking an experienced Sales Director to lead our UK business unit and drive sales growth.
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the sales force, working closely with the COO and Senior Leadership Team to maximize sales opportunities, and developing the internal sales structure.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading the sales team to achieve divisional-level sales targets
- Developing and implementing sales strategies to maximize sales opportunities
- Collaborating with the People Team to manage headcount growth and with Marketing to establish data trends
- Working with the Senior Leadership Team to ensure alignment and maximize sales opportunities
