UK Sales Director Opportunity

CSG Talent is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Director to lead our UK business unit and drive sales growth. As a key member of our Senior Leadership Team, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire UK sales operation, leading the sales force, and collaborating with our COO to maximize sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the sales force and drive sales growth across the UK business unit
  • Collaborate with the COO to develop and implement sales strategies
  • Oversee the internal sales structure, performance reviews, and managerial reviews
  • Work closely with the People Team to manage headcount growth and with Marketing to establish data trends and maximize sales opportunities
  • Represent CSG Talent in the UK market and build strong relationships with clients and partners

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of divisional-level management/directorship
  • Experience in sales leadership and team management
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Passion for meeting and exceeding targets and maximizing sales opportunities
