CSG Talent is seeking an experienced Sales Director to lead our UK business unit and drive sales growth. As a key member of our Senior Leadership Team, you will be responsible for overseeing sales operations, leading the sales force, and collaborating with our COO and other senior leaders to maximize sales opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the sales force and develop strategies to drive sales growth
- Collaborate with the COO and Senior Leadership Team to identify and capitalize on sales opportunities
- Develop and implement sales plans and forecasts
- Manage sales performance and provide coaching and feedback to sales team members
- Work closely with the People Team to manage headcount growth and with Marketing to establish data trends and maximize sales opportunities
