UK Sales Director Opportunity

CSG Talent is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Director to lead our UK business unit and drive sales growth.

About the Role:

  • Oversee the entire UK business unit and lead the sales force to achieve sales targets.
  • Work closely with the COO and Senior Leadership Team to maximize sales opportunities.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and revenue.
  • Manage the internal sales structure, performance reviews, and promotions.
  • Collaborate with the People Team to manage headcount growth and with Marketing to establish data trends and maximize opportunities.

Requirements:

  • A proven track record of divisional-level management/directorship.
