Electrical Site Manager Job Description

AA Euro Group is seeking an experienced Electrical Site Manager to join their team. As an Electrical Site Manager, you will be responsible for representing the Project Manager and company on major construction sites, overseeing all site-related activities associated with the construction of a varied range of projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the development of construction programmes, short-term look-ahead planning reports, equipment, and materials schedules.
  • Visit sites and develop site establishment schedules.
  • Collaborate with project teams to execute projects in line with the company's way.
  • Ensure all on-site personnel hold the relevant competencies for their tasks.
  • Maintain a detailed site diary and ensure company good image is maintained at all times.
  • Effectively manage sub-contractor supervision to enable efficient productivity.
  • Ensure compliance with Health and Safety Policy, particularly with regards to work permits, site safety audits, and weekly walk-around.
  • Implement H&S behaviour/culture and Golden Rules.
  • Enforce 30-minute reporting.
Requirements:
  • Recognised Electrical apprenticeship/trade cert coupled with a minimum of 5 years Site Management experience.
  • Experience in managing Electrical design and build projects in excess of €5 million.
  • Possess strong computer abilities and IOSH certificates in managing safety and environmental management.
  • Professional Acumen - Represent the company at a senior level in meetings, presentations, and technical workshops.
  • Communications - A strong communicator with excellent verbal and writing proficiency.
  • Planning and Organising - An organised and adaptable individual with a flexible approach to work.
