About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Pension Consultant to join our team at Howden Group Holdings. As a key member of our Employee Benefits team, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance to clients on all aspects of workplace pensions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to clients on workplace pensions, including scheme design, implementation, and management.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their objectives.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders, including sales, marketing, and operations teams, to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients.
  • Stay up-to-date with regulatory changes and industry developments, ensuring that clients receive the best possible advice and guidance.
  • Contribute to the development of new business opportunities and growth strategies for the Employee Benefits team.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in workplace pensions, with a strong understanding of scheme design, implementation, and management.
  • Excellent technical knowledge and expertise in pension schemes, including auto-enrolment, defined benefit, and defined contribution schemes.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
