Job Title: Senior Pension Consultant

Howden Group Holdings is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Pension Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our Employee Benefits and Wellbeing department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful delivery of our workplace pension schemes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to deliver exceptional service and support.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance on pension scheme governance, compliance, and communication.
  • Deliver educational presentations to employees on various financial topics, including pension planning and employee benefits.
  • Stay up-to-date with relevant regulatory environments and ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement effective business strategies and solutions.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in workplace pensions and employee benefits, with a strong understanding of pension scheme governance and compliance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional results.
  • Relevant qualifications, such as a Diploma in Financial Planning.
