Paper Processing Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Paper Processing Specialist to join our rapidly expanding team in Chelmsford, part of a European Group. This role offers a competitive salary and commission share, with a variety of business including Accident/Health, Property and others.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Track timely receipt of premium/risk bordereaux for delegated underwriting arrangements.
  • Undertake monthly processing and tracking timeliness of premium/risk bordereau submissions.
  • Identify anomalies within the bordereau and liaise with brokers and underwriters.
  • Assist with setting up cover holder/binder information onto our in-house bordereau management system.
  • Maintain compliance with UK or International statutory or regulatory obligations.
Requirements:
  • Understanding of Lloyds marketplace processes and procedures.
  • Knowledge of binding authorities/bordereaux and cleansing/manipulating bordereau data.
Salary:

The estimated salary for this role is £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience.
