We are seeking a skilled Operative Cleaner Specialist to join our team in Essex and Suffolk, covering various sites across the region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough cleaning tasks, including dusting, damp wiping or washing of walls, skirting boards, handrails, ledges, window sills, radiators, lifts, doors and frames.
  • Sweep and mop floors using brushes or dust control mops and wet/damp mops respectively.
  • Clean kitchens, toilets, urinals, hand basins, and sinks, adhering to high standards of hygiene and cleanliness.
  • Mix and use cleaning supplies safely, replenish consumable items such as soap, toilet rolls, and paper towels.
Requirements
  • Professional cleaning experience is essential, with a strong focus on attention to detail and quality of work.
  • A full clean manual UK driving licence is required; however, a company vehicle will be provided.
  • IT literacy, particularly with tablets and smartphone apps, is also necessary.
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written in English, are crucial for this role.
