We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Business Support Officer to join our team on a temporary basis. As a Business Support Officer, you will provide administrative support to our Income Management Department, ensuring the efficient management of customer queries and tenancy issues.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the prioritization and allocation of customer queries, assigning tasks to Business Support Officers or Debt Recovery Officers as needed.
- Independently resolve customer queries and tenancy issues in a timely and effective manner, adhering to clearly defined standards.
- Confidently manage case load, balancing pace of delivery with quality, and make reasoned decisions in relation to effective case management.
- Manage the allocation of ADMs and Court Hearings, including diary management, creation of court files, and liaison with Debt Recovery Officers.
- Establish eligibility for credits, self-approve, and make decisions in line with policy and procedures for refunds and accounts with excess credit.
- Undertake a range of administrative duties and business processes as required, including invoice management and ad hoc requests.
- Maintain accurate records of all transactions and communication contacts with each resident on the collection's platform.
Training will be provided in the Sidcup office for up to 4 weeks. If you are a motivated and organized individual with excellent communication skills, we encourage you to apply for this temporary Business Support Officer role.
