Office Junior Role

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Office Junior to join our dynamic team at Carlton Recruitment. As an Office Junior, you will play a vital role in supporting our operations and contributing to the success of our business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to client inquiries via telephone and email, providing excellent customer service and support.
  • Assist with the coordination of deliveries and logistics, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of goods and services.
  • Shadow Internal Sales Executives to gain a deeper understanding of our sales processes and procedures.
  • Liaise with key suppliers to negotiate prices, manage inventory, and resolve any issues that may arise.
Requirements:
  • Proficiency in computer software, including Excel and Microsoft Office, with training provided on Sage.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong telephone manner and ability to work effectively in a team.
  • A proactive and driven individual with a strong work ethic and ability to meet deadlines.
  • A friendly and approachable personality, with a positive attitude and ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and clients.
