Job Title: SEN Teaching Assistant

Rikama Education Ltd is working with an SEN school in Sidcup that requires a number of SEN Teaching Assistants/Learning Support Assistants.

The school caters for pupils with Complex and Severe Learning difficulties and behaviour as their primary needs, and learning difficulties.

Most children are pre-verbal learners at early years and P levels who need a smaller, more structured educational placement to develop.

As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will work with pupils on a 1-to-1 and small group basis. Ideally, you will have experience working as an SEN Teaching Assistant with students and supporting learning in early years, KS1, or KS2.

The school has an excellent support team and experienced SLT as part of the extended team.
