Assistant Catering Manager - Brighton
We're seeking an experienced Catering Operations Manager who is passionate about delivering exceptional food and world-class customer service. As a key member of our Chartwells team, you will oversee all catering and service operations, ensuring our kitchens and service counters run smoothly.
As a Catering Operations Manager, you will be responsible for motivating the team to achieve exceptional results, assisting with inventory management, and implementing action plans to drive business growth. You will also support and train our teams, leading from the front to ensure everyone can excel in their role.
Our ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role, excellent communication and organisational skills, and be an ambitious and motivated individual who is always looking to upskill. If you're passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and have a passion for food, we'd love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Liaising between the team and manager to ensure exceptional results
- Motivating the team to achieve exceptional results
- Assisting with inventory management and implementing action plans
- Supporting and training our teams
- Representing Chartwells and maintaining a positive brand image
