As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing the day-to-day operations of the development, and ensuring the overall well-being of our residents.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with people, excellent communication skills, and a background in administration and customer service. You will be responsible for organizing activities, coordinating maintenance, managing contractors, and completing health and safety checks, among other tasks.
As a trusted and approachable member of our team, you will be the go-to person on-site, liaising with residents, contractors, suppliers, and internal colleagues. This role is pivotal to the success of the development and is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about making a positive difference in the lives of others.
About You
We are looking for someone who is highly organized, efficient, and able to work independently. You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with residents, colleagues, and external partners. Previous experience in a similar role or sector would be an advantage.
You will be a team player, with a positive attitude and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service. You will be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and be able to prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines.
