Overview

Sales experts are sought after by Spicerhaart Corporate Sales, a pioneering estate agency group in the UK. As part of the largest independent estate agency group, we take pride in our role as an Asset Management Company.

Our Blackpool-based Corporate Sales team is a supportive hub for various Property Management Services. We collaborate with banks, building societies, housing associations, property developers, and other organisations to provide tailored property solutions for their assets.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Proactively managing properties while ensuring alignment with client service level agreements and focusing on time to sell and price achieved.
  • Liaising with clients in line with our customer service standards, prioritising fairness and transparency.
  • Collaborating with the team to deliver successful outcomes.
  • Coordinating with external parties for information, documentation, and progress on properties.
  • Reviewing information from third parties and creating recommendations based on supporting evidence.
  • Communicating solutions in a timely and professional manner.
  • Responding to communications promptly, ensuring clarity and accuracy.
  • Maintaining accurate property records with detailed information for a solid audit trail.

To excel in this role, you will possess:

  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Exceptional organisational skills for efficient and timely property processing.
  • A customer-focused mindset for outstanding service.
  • A quick grasp of information and a willingness to learn new skills.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to question and verify information.
  • Computer literacy, with experience in Microsoft Excel, Word & Outlook.
  • Grade A - C GCSE in English and Maths or a proven record of ability.

Requirements:

  • Legal entitlement to live and work in the UK.
  • A clean credit history - No CCJs or IVAs.
  • Provide five-year employment references.
