**Job Description**

We are recruiting for a highly skilled Education and Behaviour Support Professional to work with us at Long Term Futures Ltd.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing individualised support to students who require additional help, working closely with teachers to develop effective behaviour management strategies, and setting learning targets to track student progress.

Main Responsibilities:

  • To deliver tailored support to students who need extra assistance
  • Collaborate with teachers to develop behaviour management plans
  • Set clear learning targets and monitor student progress
  • Support students to build self-esteem and improve their overall behaviour
  • Provide constructive feedback and guidance to pupils, modelling positive behaviour and reporting back to parents/carers

Essential Requirements:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to build strong relationships with students, teachers, and colleagues
  • Resilient and empathetic, with a positive attitude
  • Previous experience working with challenging behaviour or SEN
  • Relevant qualifications in Education or related fields (desirable)

Salary:** £95-£105 per year. We offer a long-term to permanent contract with opportunities for professional growth and development.
