Job Title: Facilities Management Specialist

Salary: £58,000 - £68,000 per annum

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Facilities Management Specialist to join our team in London. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the technical M&E shift team, ensuring the smooth operation of our client's facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Planning and managing workload to ensure completion of PPMs/CMs and reactive work orders within defined SLAs.
  • Managing holiday, sickness cover requirements, and HR issues.
  • Development and implementation of training plans for shift staff.
  • Maintenance of the image and professional standing of CBRE GWS technical teams.
  • Supervision of technical M&E shift team and senior technical representative out of hours.
Requirements:
  • City and Guilds or equivalent qualification in a designated trade.
  • Extensive previous experience in technical maintenance within a building services environment, along with previous supervisory experience.
  • Good knowledge of Health and Safety and Environmental processes.
