Key Requirements

We are seeking a highly skilled Facilities Maintenance Specialist to join our team at Qualified Talent Limited. This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary and benefits package, opportunities for professional growth and development, and a supportive team environment.

The ideal candidate will have a trade background (electrical, carpentry, plumbing) within a customer-facing environment such as hospitality, residential and commercial sectors. You will possess strong knowledge of health and safety standards and compliance requirements, excellent problem-solving skills, and a proactive approach to tasks.

In this role, you will collaborate with Centre Management and Facilities Management teams to enhance customer relationships and minimize operational disruptions. You will actively contribute to the customer journey by identifying and resolving issues promptly and ensure sites are maintained in clean, tidy, and operational condition through general maintenance and first-fix repairs.

About the Position

As a key member of our operations team, you will conduct regular health and safety checks to ensure compliance and a safe environment for all users, ensuring planned, preventative, and proactive maintenance work is carried out, and liaising with on-site contractors to ensure work is done to the appropriate standard.

Requirements

Benefits

We offer a competitive salary: £38,000 - £42,000 per annum based on experience, opportunities for professional growth and development, and a supportive team environment.
