**Job Title:** Senior BIM Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior BIM Coordinator to join our team at Verto People in Central London. This senior role is available for a professional with expertise in Building Information Modeling (BIM) processes across various commercial, residential, and educational projects.

**Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate BIM processes across multiple projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to integrate BIM into the project lifecycle.
  • Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date project information models using Revit and other BIM software.
**Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in BIM coordination, preferably in a commercial or architectural firm.
  • Proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, and other BIM software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
