Architecture Social is a leading architectural practice based in the heart of South West London. We are currently seeking an experienced and skilled architect to lead our team on a prestigious hotel project.

The role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication, and technical expertise. As a senior member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing project delivery from RIBA Stage 3 onwards. You will work closely with consultants, contractors, and clients to ensure seamless project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of architects and designers on a major hotel project
  • Liaise with consultant and contractor teams to ensure successful project delivery
  • Produce detailed information in Revit, utilizing technical detailing and coordination expertise

Requirements:

  • Qualified architect with significant experience leading projects from RIBA Stage 3 onwards
  • Proficiency in Revit and strong technical detailing skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
