About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Mid-Weight Design Manager to join our collaborative team in South West London. This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

This role involves collaborating closely with senior team members, shaping the creative direction and delivery of notable architectural projects. You will be part of a talented group of designers and consultants working to ensure every project is delivered to an exceptional standard, on time, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with overseeing and coordinating design processes from initial concepts to final delivery
  • Support the efficient allocation of team resources and track project timelines and budgets effectively
  • Collaborate with senior team members to maintain the studio's commitment to excellence and innovation
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, offering excellent service to support successful project outcomes

The salary for this position is £45,000 - £60,000 per annum.

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture, Design, or a related field
  • 4+ years of experience in architectural design, project coordination, or design management roles
  • A strong interest in developing skills in design management and leadership
  • Good understanding of architectural processes through concept to construction stages
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills with a proactive and collaborative attitude
