About the Role

As a Sales Executive with Listers, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences while driving sales growth and achieving targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Selling new vehicles to customers, identifying their needs and preferences to match them with the right Toyota model.
  • Providing customers with accurate and up-to-date information about the products and services offered by Listers.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and positive word-of-mouth referrals.
  • Working closely with the sales team to achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the dealership.
  • Staying up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity to ensure Listers remains competitive.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • A strong understanding of the Toyota brand and its products.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
  • Ability to stay organized and manage multiple priorities effectively.
