Key Responsibilities:

  • To optimize vehicle sales and profitability through finance solutions and insurance sales to customers.
  • To oversee the sales process, ensuring systematic management of sales activities, including direct negotiation with customers as required, to retain maximum profit and deliver exceptional customer satisfaction.
  • To manage and monitor the customer database, ensuring accurate information entry, updates, and usage in line with brand requirements.
  • To provide coaching and training where necessary, maintaining awareness among Sales Executives regarding current consumer law, market conditions, and competitor activity.
  • To participate in the Sales Executive performance management process with the Sales Manager, encompassing monthly and annual reviews, induction, and personal development support.

Requirements:

  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Prior experience in automotive sales, preferably within F&I and supervisory roles.
  • Able to work collaboratively towards shared objectives and individual performance goals.
  • Sound financial understanding and commercial awareness.
  • Ability to interpret financial data and statistics.

Working Arrangements:

  • Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 6 PM (one weekday off), Saturday, 8:30 AM to 5 PM.
  • Estimated OTE: £55,000.
